The Mule Carry Bag by 0331 Tactical isn’t just another tactical-looking duffel. This bag is designed to conveniently store and transport an armored plate carrier, placard/chest rig, and helmet all in one convenient lightweight package. Simply put, the Mule is the ultimate plate carrier bag.
// STORAGE
16 Liters of storage allow for compatible full storage of most modern plate carriers. Straightaway, all 0331 Tactical carriers fit with or without front, back, and side plates inserted. Additionally, the Mule Carry Bag’s modern slim design minimizes bulk and weight while providing an ideal storage and transportation solution for your armor, carrier, helmet, and more. Finally, an exterior kangaroo pouch offers secure storage for quick access items and the ability to add magazine or other utility pouches.
// TRANSPORT
A hidden zipper pouch also conceals a lightweight adjustable helmet-compatible mesh. Durable polymer G-Hooks secure your helmet to the exterior of the bag, utilizing tough webbing attachments secured under the carry handle. While on the other side, users can attach QASM, Swift Clip, or other buckles utilizing the same style webbing loops. Carry additional ammunition, chest rigs/placards, or utilize the laser-cut MOLLE to attach pouches to either face. Your armor, ammunition, and tactical gear will stay secure for transport and storage.

Recommended Plates: RMA IIIA, SRT, III, III+, and IV plates are all storage compatible with the Mule Carry Bag.

MULE CARRY BAG FAQ
I have a very Large plate carrier set up. Will the Mule Carry Bag contain everything?
It won’t fit all carrier setups. Some people need more equipment than others. O331 designed this bag to fit their carriers with or without plates and side plates. The exterior also has the ability to hold your placard system separate from the interior if that makes the fitment difference.
With so much variation in carrier systems and setups, it’s difficult to say whether it fits a particular setup for any one person. It can also depend on the size of the carrier.
The carrier in the video below is a L/XL size carrier, and it does have a little extra room in there, but not an enormous amount. If you’re running one of the larger medical kits out there, it may not fit your needs.
