The Armor

RMA’s 1118 Women’s Level IV hard armor plate is an entirely new design. This 9X11 plate has an all-new FSAPI custom curvature, shape, and size you won’t find on any other hard armor plate. Working with PEO Soldier‘s long-term women’s fitment study, RMA developed the very first commercially-available Level IV plate designed exclusively for women’s bust, torso, and shoulder sizes. It’s not an extra-curvy ESAPI; it’s an all-new proprietary architecture you won’t find anywhere else. Since it’s a special design, we knew we needed a special carrier. The QPC designed exclusively to carry the 1118 Female Hard Armor plates and may not be compatible with any other plates.

The 1118 FSAPI is available in special separate front and back plates that are distinct. The front plate is an FSAPI Ultracurve designed specifically for your bust. The back plate is a single curve design meant only for covering your six.

We designed a Female Plate Carrier specifically for an all-day comfortable fit for women. Plus, it has special padding arranged specifically for the 1118 plate you won’t find on any other carrier. The QPC also brings unique adjustability capabilities to enhance the fit and protection of the 1118 FSAPI.

Our skeletonized cummerbund maximizes airflow and scalability for side armor and other pouches. Plus, the front placard area is also compatible with a wide array of third party placard accessories from companies like Haley Strategic, Velocity Systems, Spiritus Systems, and more.
