Got them for my wife so she can wear them with the minimal amount of discomfort and still have an acceptable level of protection. Honestly you barely notice they’re in the carrier. I don’t know how they are as light as they are but if you want a setup for a wife or child, this is it. Deals with all the most common levels of threats and essentially feels like just wearing a slick carrier. Pretty incredible and well worth the price.

I finally bit the bullet and upgraded from the steal plates I’ve had as a “temp solution” for like a decade, and boy let me tell you, it was worth it. These are so light and comfortable, it’s INSANE that these are lvl 4 plates. I’d recommend these plates to anyone looking for a lvl 4 setup. The thickness isn’t obnoxious and the weight makes them absolutely worth the cost. If you’re on the fence… DO IT!
